Three steps from craving to collection.
Message us and choose your meal
Send us a message on WhatsApp and tell us what you'd like. Our ordering assistant works from the real Barcelos menu and prices, and sends you a summary of your order and the total to check before you pay.
Pay securely by card
We send you a link to a secure card payment page run by Yoco, our payment provider. You enter your card details on that page only. They never go through WhatsApp, and your order is placed once payment goes through.
Collect from the store
The store accepts your order and tells you when to expect it. We message you when it's ready, so just show your order number at the counter.
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT.

Refunds and paying safely
If the store can't make your order
We tell you on WhatsApp and refund the full amount to the card you paid with, through Yoco.
Card refunds can take up to 14 business days to show on your statement.
We never ask for your card in the chat
We will never ask for your card number, PIN or a one-time PIN (OTP) on WhatsApp. You only enter card details on the secure payment page.
